What
Chocolate does Food is Art/ Prudence use?
Prudence
uses the best Belgian Barry Callebaut chocolate, used by master chocolate
makers and pastry chefs the world over. Prudence sculpts, by hand, the yummy
tasting chocolate into her amazing creations. She can use other types of
chocolate by request. For example single origin chocolate or organic/ fair
trade. Please email us for your requirements. A new range of fair trade organic
sculptures will be available very soon.

exactly is in it?
